If you would like to initiate an exchange, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for an exchange. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase to be included with your request.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or cash back. Instead, we will exchange your product for an equal or lesser-value item. If the thing you would like to exchange for is of more value, we will require payment for the price difference.

We do not cover shipping costs associated with exchanges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item to us.
